Dr. Souad El Hassanie is an Adjunct lecturer for Business Administration courses. She is also a member of a research team comprising researchers from different countries and backgrounds. Her research interests are cultural and emotional intelligence, sustainability, mental health, psychological well-being, traumatic stress, career adaptability, and organizational behavior. Most of her studies were conducted in the healthcare sector.
