Professor Kouatly is the Program Director for Software Engineer at UE. With many years of experience in Project Management and academic experience as a lecturer and a Ph.D. in Digital Communication and Machine Learning, he brings to UE a collection of competencies that include expertise in Java, Python, Frontend and Backend Programing, Application Programing, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Big Data, Block Chain, Natural Language Processing, Speech and Audio Processing, Parallel Processing, Micro Services, using Open MP and POSIX Threads.
