UE Digital Business & Data Sciences programme cooperates with DataQuest and App Magic

Since the private University of Europe for Applied Sciences attaches particular importance to the practical training of its students, cooperations with companies are particularly important. Now that the Digital Business and Data Sciences degree programme has entered into a partnership with the companies DataQuest and App Magic, students will benefit from even more practical elements in data analysis.

“In the Big Data and Analytics course, the partnership with DataQuest allows us to provide our students with practical online exercises on topics such as R basics, accessing APIs and web scraping,” says Iris Lorscheid, Professor of Digital Business and Data Science.

“Also, the cooperation with AppMagic allows our students to access their mobile market intelligence tool and analyse different categories of apps, such as social networks, finance, games, etc. as part of their final project. We are grateful for these partnerships and the opportunity to provide our students with the most effective and relevant training in data analysis,” Lorscheid continues.
