MBA Sales Management Curriculum

Delivered across three semesters, the MBA Sales Management curriculum provides students with a broad knowledge of business management through modules such as Customer Environment and Quantitative Methodologies before diving into two specialised modules Customer Relationship Management as well as Strategic Sales Management in the second and third semesters.
Those who study MBA Sales Management at UE will gain in-demand skills in the business administration and sales fields thanks to a comprehensive curriculum taught by expert faculty.

Spotlight Module: "Strategic Sales Management "

In this module students will look at the development of the sales function e.g. as
influenced by growing competition, market-saturation and up-scaling. The
relationship between the sales objectives and the business objectives and the
strategic choices that every business must make first. Furthermore, students will
be able to scrutinise the different sales techniques and sale management.

This module contains: Strategic Planning and Sales Leadership, Analysing Customers and Markets, Designing and Developing the Sales Force & Sales Process Management.
