Your path to a dual Bachelor’s degree at the UE

The application deadlines for dual studies are March 1st* for the summer and August 31st for the upcoming winter semester (For Non-EU applicants: August 5th). Following these dates, a waiting list procedure will be implemented for any remaining study positions each semester. If you currently hold a valid student visa for Germany, you are eligible to apply within the official application deadline.

The basic admission requirement for the dual Bachelor's degrees at UE is the higher education entrance qualification. Please note that the majority of our dual degrees are currently restricted to German and EU applicants. Most of our dual programmes are currently offered in German (with a few selected modules offered in English).

Before you apply for one of our unique dual Bachelor degrees.

The basic admission requirements for a dual study programme at UE are a high-school or Bachelor’s diploma.

In addition, proof of your employment contract with a practice partner company at the start of your studies (can be submitted later, but before the start of the semester).

To apply, please complete our online application form in full. To do so, upload your CV, a copy of your identity card and a copy of your high-school leaving certificate or an equivalent qualification. As soon as we have received your signed contract, we will issue you with a letter of admission. Please prepare a letter of motivation for the respective practice partner company.

Step 2: Get to know our student advisory service

We will get in touch with you and explain all aspects of the dual study programme as we get to know each other. You will then receive the confirmation of admission from the UE, which you will need for your application with the practice partner.

Step 3: Contract & Start

Step 3: Find a practice partner – start your studies!

If you do not yet have a practice partner, we will support you in your search and introduce you to our cooperation partners. If you have already found a company, sign the contract for the dual study programme and your success story can begin!
