MBA Financial Management Curriculum

Delivered across three semesters, the MBA Financial Management curriculum provides students with a broad knowledge of business management through modules such as Strategic Vision and Innovation Management before diving into two specialised modules Performance Management and Control as well as Advanced Corporate Reporting in the second and third semesters.

  • Bachelor’s degree (at least 180 ECTS)
  • English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • 1 year of professional experience after the last academic degree
  • Diploma / Bachelor certificate & language certificate.

Spotlight Module: "Performance Management
and Control"

The module is focused on developing knowledge and skills in the application of
management accounting techniques. It covers modern techniques, decision making, budgeting and standard costing, concluding with how a business should be managed and controlled. Using case study or problem-solving exercises, students will be able to determine and evaluate the nature of performance measurement
and demonstrate problem solving and analytical approaches to facilitate effective budget control.

This module contains: Foundations for Implementing Strategy, Creating Performance Measurement System, Achieving Profit Goals and Strategies.
